Andrea Koltar

Executive Director - FASD Network of Saskatchewan

Andrea Kotlar is currently the Executive Director of the FASD Network of Saskatchewan. She has her Bachelors of Social Work from the University of Regina as well as certificates in Harm Reduction and Gladue Writing. Andrea is very passionate about social justice and views harm reduction as essential practice in every area. She has lived in Saskatoon for most of her adult life and enjoys being involved in the community.
